On Wednesday, October 7, 2009, the Seventh Annual Champions of Mental Health

Awards ceremony will take place in Ottawa. CAMIMH invites you to nominate an individual or organization you think should be considered for this prestigious and important award.

Do you know someone who:

• is dedicated to reducing stigma attached to mental illness? 
• is passionate about raising awareness of the impact mental illness and addictions have on Canadian society? 
• has spoken openly about their personal experiences with mental illness?  
• has advocated for much-needed research, diagnosis, treatment, and care for the mentally ill in their community?
