Attention friends of MIAW: This is your last chance to nominate an inspirational individual to be one of this year’s Faces of Mental Illness in the Face Mental Illness campaign. Visit our Web site and nominate a Face today! 8th Annual Champions of Mental Health Awards Save the date: October 4, 2010 Continuing last year’s success, the 8th Annual Champions of Mental Health Awards will be held once again in the prestigious Fairmont Château Laurier Ballroom in Ottawa. The event will take place on Monday, October 4, 2010. Last year the event was attended by over 40 parliamentarians, corporate sponsors mental health organizations and other non-profits. Tickets and tables will be available for sale. Table sponsors receive a table of 8 and recognition at the Awards.
